At DRFT Farm, every ingredient has a story—and every guest becomes part of it. Picked + Plated is a hands-on, monthly farm-to-table experience led by MILK+SIZZ, where the menu and activities are inspired by what’s thriving right now on the land.
This is not a meal you’re served—this is a memory you help create.
What You’ll Experience:
• Harvest with Purpose: Begin with a walk through the farm to gather herbs, flowers, fruits, and vegetables—each with meaning and intention.
• Create with Intuition: Collaborate on a seasonal highlight—maybe an infused salt, vibrant pesto, or herbal sugar. The featured ingredient is a surprise until you arrive.
• Cook in Community: Contribute to the meal through tasting, seasoning, and playful participation.
• Feast Together: Enjoy a beautiful, co-created meal rooted in the land and the moment.
What’s New:
Picked + Plated will still happen once a month, but we’re no longer tied to a fixed ingredient or fixed Saturday/Sunday format. The date and the creative focus will now shift with the season, the weather, and the energy of the farm.
